Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am honored to serve as the principal at Paul Revere Intermediate School. I have been with Cook County School District for over twenty years. I grew up in the community and attended school in the District for grades pre-kindergarten through grade eight. I have served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. I am eager to continue my work with students, staff, and families in the school setting.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our families to the 2021-2022 school year. Our dedicated staff will work hard to challenge your child academically, build relationships with students and their families, and focus on helping your child grow and develop into the best person they can be. With that in mind, the staff at Paul Revere Intermediate School will dedicate themselves to establishing a welcoming and safe environment where positive relationships are developed. We recognize the important role that families play in the lives of their children and we believe that effective communication and parent input are essential in helping us achieve the goals for your child at school.
We are also committed to maintaining the health and safety of your child while they are at school. All students, staff, and visitors are required to wear a mask, regardless of their vaccinations status. We have worked to ensure that students maintain a 3-foot physical distance as much as possible and we have installed shields on all student desks. We will continue with our health screening procedures for staff and students and provide opportunities for handwashing or hand sanitizer use throughout the school day.
During the upcoming school year, our teachers will work together to address your child’s individual academic and social/emotional needs. The Paul Revere Intermediate staff look forward to working with the students and their families to provide an educational experience that is fun and rewarding. Please feel free to contact me throughout the school year to talk about your child and our instructional program,
